3. Services & Current Status (MVP / Waitlist)
3.1 The Site currently provides brand and product information, waitlist sign-up, marketing email opt-in, and contact forms.
3.2 Online payments/checkout are not enabled at this stage. If/when we activate ecommerce, purchase, payment, shipping, and return terms will be added or incorporated.
3.3 Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest, not a purchase or guarantee of availability or price. Restock timing, discounts (e.g., a 50% off code), and inventory are as later communicated.
4. Accounts & Communications (if applicable)
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4.2 You agree to receive service-related communications. Marketing emails require opt-in and include an unsubscribe option.

9.1 Product details, images, specifications, colors, and HKD price placeholders on the Site are for reference and may differ due to photography, display, or updates.
9.2 If/when purchasing is enabled, the checkout pages (including taxes/fees/shipping) will govern the actual transaction. We may change, replace, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature without notice.
9.3 Promotions and discount codes (e.g., a waitlist 50% off code) are subject to stated terms, scope, and validity periods.
10. Third-Party Services & Integrations

15.2 Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

16.2 You agree that the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

17.1 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions, power or internet outages, or supply chain disruptions.
18. Assignment

19. Severability & Entire Agreement
19.1 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force and effect.
19.2 These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Legament regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements on that subject.
