  • From service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., email delivery and analytics), as permitted by law.

4) Why we use data (purposes & legal bases)

We process data for:

  • Waitlist & notifications (consent): to notify restocks and send discount codes.

  • Customer support (contract/legitimate interests): to respond to inquiries and provide service updates.

  • Site operation & security (legitimate interests): to operate, maintain, debug, and protect the Site.

  • Legal compliance: to meet applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

5) How we share and disclose data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed:

Service providers (processors). We use third parties under contracts requiring them to act only on our instructions and protect data appropriately, including:

  • Wix.com – hosting, forms, automations, CDN, site infrastructure.

  • Wix Email Marketing (or equivalent) – transactional/marketing email delivery.

Legal & safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect our rights, users, or the public.

Business transfers. If we undergo a reorganization, merger, or asset sale, data may be transferred consistent with this Policy.

6) International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your jurisdiction (including where our providers operate). We take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection (e.g., contractual safeguards).

7) Data retention
  • Waitlist/marketing contacts: retained until you unsubscribe or we no longer need them; we may periodically remove inactive contacts (e.g., after ~24 months of inactivity).

  • Logs/analytics: typically 12–24 months (longer in aggregate/anonymous form).

  • We may retain data longer as required by law or to resolve disputes.

8) Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and measure performance. Third-party apps (e.g., analytics, marketing pixels installed via Wix) may place cookies under their own policies.

Choices. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and (if enabled) via our cookie banner. Some features may not function without certain cookies.

9) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent (e.g., for marketing). We will respond within applicable timeframes and may need to verify your identity.

To exercise rights or make a privacy request, contact us at info@legament.com.

10) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encrypted transmission, access controls, least-privilege). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
